Briquetting machinery for the wood industry

• We offer complete plants with extruder type machines for processing 170-250 kg/h of sawdust, rice husk, groundnut husk, wood chips, biomass waste, into small volume briquettes. They can also be carbonized to get high heat value charcoal.
  

• The process does not require any binder            

• Maximum feedstock moisture content: 10-12%.

• Flash type wood fueled and drum type gas fueled dryers available.

• Maximum feedstock particle size: 8 mm

• Low calorific value of briquettes: 4800-5000 kCal/kg (half heat rate than LPG)

•  Main uses: drying of tobacco, tea, mate & other vegetables, steam boilers, home heating and farm cooking
