Briquetting machinery for the wood/biomass industry

• We offer complete plants with extruder type machines for processing 250-300 kg/h of sawdust, rice husk, groundnut husk, wood chips, biomass waste, into small volume briquettes.
  

• The process does not require any binder            

• Maximum feedstock moisture content: 30-45%.

• Flash type and drum type dryers available (wood or gas fueled)
  

• Maximum feedstock particle size: 8 mm with 8-10% RH
  

• Low calorific value of briquettes: 4800-5000 kCal/kg (half heat rate of the LPG)

•  Main uses: drying of tobacco, tea, mate & other vegetables, steam boilers, home heating and farm cooking

• They can be carbonized to get 6500 kCal/kg charcoal, and make valuable activated charcoal
